Nitrogen Generator Flow Chart for Plant
AJ Analytical Vapi designs and supplies complete Nitrogen Generation Systems with well-defined process flow for consistent gas purity and reliability.
This flow chart demonstrates the systematic process of nitrogen generation using PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology. Each stage — from compressed air preparation to nitrogen purification — is engineered for efficiency, safety, and continuous supply in industrial and laboratory setups.
Process Overview
Below is a typical nitrogen generation plant process flow:
- Compressed Air enters through a pre-filtration system to remove oil, moisture, and dust.
- Air Dryer removes excess moisture ensuring clean and dry air feed.
- The purified air enters the PSA towers containing Carbon Molecular Sieves (CMS).
- CMS adsorbs oxygen, allowing nitrogen to pass through as the product gas.
- The second tower regenerates automatically using pressure equalization.
- Final Nitrogen Gas passes through a buffer tank for stable flow and purity.
The resulting nitrogen gas is available at purities ranging from 95% to 99.999% depending on process design and requirements. AJ Analytical ensures all components are integrated with precision for dependable, 24/7 operation.
